Team Leader Accounting

For the functional leadership of a small accounting team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible personality as Team Leader Accounting ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of financial accounting according to OR with responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements • Creation of VAT returns and financial reports • Carrying out controls, account reconciliations and analyses as well as processing value-added tax and withholding tax • Accompanying external audits and coordinating cooperation with fiduciary offices and authorities • Functional leadership of a small team and promotion of efficient cooperation within the accounting department • Support in the further development of the ERP and financial systems and taking on an advisory function towards internal departments on accounting topics Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or business administration degree with further training in finance and accounting, ideally at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education level • Sound practical experience in financial accounting as well as confident application of Swiss accounting according to OR • Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a pronounced sense of responsibility • Hands-on mentality and willingness to get hands-on operationally if required • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Abacus or a comparable ERP system is an advantage • Very good German skills Opportunities & Perspectives You benefit from contemporary employment conditions and a versatile working environment.
