Your place of work for your apprenticeship as a Commercial Employee EFZ in the retail industry is at our headquarters on Zürcher Bahnhofstrasse. The apprenticeship begins on 1. August 2027. YOUR TASKS ## You will work behind the scenes of our premium & luxury department store and support our teams in various areas. Use the flexible workspaces in our open-plan office to exchange ideas, develop creative concepts, and benefit from the experiences of your colleagues. The practical instructors are in the immediate vicinity, so you will receive support at any time. The goal of your training at GLOBUS is that at the end, you will know exactly what you want to do in your future professional life. Your tasks include: • Purchasing: You will help to record our exclusive items in the system. • Backoffice: You are responsible for counting the money from the cash registers. • Personnel Development: You will participate in creating online training and organizing training sessions for employees. • Customer Service: You are the first point of contact for various inquiries from our customers via e-mail and telephone. • IT Services: Here you will learn everything important about the digital GLOBUS world, such as setting up laptops, registering business mobile phones, and processing system requests. Further highlights: • Department rotation: You will change departments every six months to expand your practical skills, gain more theoretical expertise, and expand your network. • Insights into sales and logistics: Leave everyday office life and dive into sales for one month. Additionally, you have the opportunity to visit the logistics center one morning to better understand the entire supply chain.
