Recruiting & Employer Branding Specialist (m/f/d) 60%

What you will achieve • You will take the professional lead for the establishment and further development of our employer branding and strengthen our employer brand internally and externally • You will work closely with the regional HR teams, further developing standards, processes, documents and messages, optimizing the candidate and employee journey and enabling the teams in modern recruitment methods • You will identify and win talents through active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and other channels • You will develop, create and publish target-group-oriented content such as posts, stories, reels and videos to strengthen our employer brand • You will design and implement social media recruiting campaigns, analyze target groups and measure their success What will facilitate your entry • You have an HR education or an HR degree, ideally with further training in employer branding • You bring several years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or employer branding, ideally with a focus on social media • You know the common social media platforms and understand how their algorithms work • You have a flair for languages and communicate stylistically confident in German.
