Responsibilities ###

• Requirements engineering, within exchange trading, market infrastructure, or broader financial services
• Expertise in exchange-traded financial instruments, particularly fixed income, and structured products
• Ability to produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, interface specifications, and implementation-ready analysis deliverables
• Understanding of trading platform and matching engine concepts, including order handling, execution workflows, market model considerations, and trading lifecycle processes
• Understand market infrastructure topics such as trading, market data, reference data, and relevant regulatory considerations

Profile ###

• Experience in requirements engineering, within exchange trading, market infrastructure, or broader financial services
• Extensive expertise in exchange-traded financial instruments, particularly fixed income, and structured products. Experience with equities and ETFs is beneficial
• Solid understanding of trading platform and matching engine concepts, including order handling, execution workflows, market model considerations, and trading lifecycle processes
• Proven experience analysing and specifying complex trading functionality, with the ability to assess business, operational, and technical impacts across multiple systems
• Proven ability to produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, interface specifications, and implementation-ready analysis deliverables
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex trading and instrument requirements into clear, actionable specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with business users, product managers, architects, developers, and testing teams
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting feature refinement, implementation planning, and delivery activities
