Head of Finance (m/f) 80-100% # Head of Finance (m/f) 80-100% YOUR TASKS • Implementation and ensuring compliance with the group's financial and operational directives within the clinic • Planning, steering, and continuous development of financial and management control processes, including budget, forecasts, medium-term planning and investments, as well as treasury and balance sheet management • Responsibility for the timely and high-quality production of monthly and annual accounts as well as relevant financial and commercial reports • Analysis of economic trends, performing profitability calculations, and defining concrete measures to optimize revenue, costs, and results • Development and evaluation of business plans for the creation and development of physicians, specialties, centers, and the clinic as a whole, as well as participation in strategic and cross-functional projects • Assurance of the quality, completeness, and timely availability of relevant cantonal and national data and reports YOUR PROFILE • Completed higher education in accounting or business management (at least professional certificate or HES) • Versatile experience of several years in finance and accounting, ideally with knowledge of fixed asset accounting • Experience in hospital operational accounting as well as in-depth knowledge of cost calculation according to REKOLE • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, as well as a strong affinity for information and communication systems • Autonomous, precise, and reliable way of working with great personal initiative, a keen sense of responsibility, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills Are you ready to take on responsibilities and actively shape the future of the Klinik im Park?
