What you will do • Independent preparation and production of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen • Organization of the daily routine • Supervision of the food service and participation in "Front Cooking" • Preparation of production for the following day • Regulated acceptance, storage and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning supplies What you bring with you • Completed training as a kitchen employee EBA or comparable professional experience • Creativity and a high quality standard • Hands-on, flexible, resilient and team-oriented • Passion for the cooking profession and joy in guest contact • You can communicate well in German What distinguishes you • Ability to think and perceive • Ability to work in a team • Quality awareness • Planning and organizational skills • Commitment and willingness to perform Your place of work Together with the kitchen team, you surprise up to 550 guests daily at Restaurant Chreis 14 in the Circle at Flughafen Zürich with a diverse range: creative, seasonal dishes, prepared fresh and varied. You work four days a week, each between 06.00 and 15.30, depending on the duty roster. For special events in the evening and at the weekend, you are available flexibly. Furthermore, you support the catering team at events at Flughafen Zürich also in the non-public area on the airside.
